 Return Policy

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping.  All you have to do is email [email protected] with your order number and the reason you're making the return.  We will send you the shipping label for the return. You will not be refunded for your original shipping charge.

DIY kits (embroidery, macrame, needle felting, and painting) must be returned unopened and unused. If you return an open embroidery kit or one with missing components, we will refund 50% of the original price you paid for the item.

In the event of a mistyped address where the original package is returned to us by USPS, we will cancel the original order and refund for any items apart from the shipping cost. You are welcome to place the order again with your correct address.

In the event that your package is marked as "delivered" but not at your shipping address, you will need to contact your local USPS. They will check  that it was delivered to the correct address, and if it wasn't they need to mark the package as lost so Persephone's Hearth can file an insurance claim for you. If it was delivered to the correct address, you will need to file a police report. Persephone's Hearth will replace or refund the items if shown a police report.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
